No worries, we will obviously reimburse you.

How do we reimburse you?
How we reimburse you is fully down to how you paid.

If you have paid by credit card and you have returned the complete order, we repay the amount to your credit card. Have you only returned a part of your order? We repay the money to the account number you give us. If your account number is not known, we kindly ask you to give us the number.

Where can I see the status of my reimbursement?
Unfortunately you cannot see the status of your reimbursement, but we will make the payment within three workdays of completing processing the return shipment.

I have not received any reimbursement
How long it takes before the reimbursement is in your account differs from bank to bank. We always pay three workdays after processing the return shipment. Is the amount still not in your account after five workdays? Contact the customer service.
