Milani Sculpting Grater Double-sided Flat Curved/Oval Curved

The double-sided files or rifflers are crafted from the finest steel and are optimally hardened. Both ends are equipped with a file of each a different shape. They are ideally suited for all types of soft stones such as soapstone and alabaster, but also for many kinds of marble. The teeth are cut by hand and carefully sorted. Due to the large number of teeth, their secure cap and the hardness of the steel creates a file of high quality.

Our sculpting files are manufactured by the small smithy Renzo Milani Apuaner in the Alps, near Pietrasanta and Carrara in northern Italy. For more than one hundred years, the Milani family has made handcrafted tools and equipment for stone sculpting.

The files are 7.08 inches (18 cm). Available in 3 shapes: half rounded and knife.
