Returning your product

Whenever possible we hope you ordered and have exactly what you need. In the event you need to return product, you are welcome to contact us for a Return Form. This helps us track the product as we receive it back into our warehouse inventory. Furthermore it helps us apply credit or reverse charges on your card.

You pay the shipping costs of returning the order. Our return address is:

You can only return the item if:

• It is complete and in its original packaging
• The item is in sellable condition
• It was purchased within 90 days

Flutes, chalk and Ruitertassen bags cannot be refunded.
